高铁站房钢结构防护涂层劣化现象及致因分析

高速铁路飞速发展的同时,站房钢结构防护涂层提前失效现象却日益严重.作为最基本的防护保障措施,涂装防火涂料并保证设计年限内的防护效果,是维持站房钢结构持续发展的重要前提.为研究防火涂料劣化现象及其影响因素,实地调研了国内逾30座高铁站房钢结构防火涂料的应用现状,重点分析了涂料施工过程及涂层后期服役环境中可能导致涂料劣化的影响因素,总结了保证防火涂层质量的关键技术,并提出除了施工环节应严格规范操作外,还应提高筛选应用于露天环境下的防火涂料的相应指标值,以满足一些特殊环境下较为苛刻的服役条件.
Deterioration Phenomenon and Cause Analysis of Protective Coatings for Steel Structure of High-Speed Railway Station Buildings
With the rapid development of high-speed railway,the phenomenon of premature failure of protective coatings for steel structures in station buildings is becoming increasingly serious.As the most basic protective measures,it is an important prerequisite to maintain the sustainable development of canopy steel structure to apply fire protection paint and ensure the protection effect within the design period.In order to study the deterioration of fire-retardant coatings and its influencing factors,the application status of fire retardant coatings for steel structures in more than 30 high-speed railway station buildings in China was investigated on the spot,and the influencing factors that may lead to the deterioration of coatings in the coating construction process and the service environment in the later period were emphatically analyzed.The key technical points to ensure the quality of fire-retardant coatings were summarized,and it was proposed that besides strictly regulating the operation in the construction process,the corresponding index values of fire-retardant coatings screened and applied in the open-air environment should be improved to meet the harsh service conditions in some special environments.
