摘要

结垢问题是石油和天然气生产和输送中一个常见且影响巨大的问题.本研究对某海上油气田注水及混输海管多年的采样分析数据进行了统计,掌握了海管水质变化特性,并为减小采样分析过程误差而利用软件校正了分析条件.基于校正后的分析条件,软件模拟得到海管中可能生成的不同类型垢物的最大结垢量和结垢倾向随时间的变化,为能够在生产过程中抑制结垢,提供了数据基础.

Abstract

The scaling is a typical and influential problem in oil and gas production and transportation.In this paper,the sampling data of water-injected and mixed transport sea pipe in an offshore oil and gas field is statistically analyzed to obtain the characteristics of water quality.Analytical conditions are adjusted using software to minimize errors in the sampling and analysis process.Based on the adjusted conditions,it simulates different types of scaling that may be generated in the sea pipe and predicts the maximum amount of scaling with different type and scale tendency.The results can provide a data basis useful for inhibiting scale in the production process.
