摘要

研制了一种高端车桥用水性双组分环氧底面合一涂料,研究了主要成膜物、防锈颜料、流变助剂和消泡剂对涂料性能和施工性的影响.结果表明,环氧乳液选用AQUAER-3015和3EE102W复配,按照3∶1复配,固化剂选用硬度高、耐水好的AQUAEPO-3126,n(环氧)∶n(活泼氢)=1∶0.8,防锈颜料选择GA-4、WJ1711和APW-Ⅱ复配,流变助剂选择DeuRheo WT-102、HM-30S、Bentone LT和SCM-198复配,质量比为3∶3∶3∶5,消泡剂选择HOS401W、HOS 420和HOS 402W复配,质量比为1∶2∶3时,该水性双组分环氧底面合一涂料的性能最优,可以适用现场施工工艺条件.

Abstract

In this paper,a kind of waterborne 2K epoxy primer-topcoat integrated coating for high-end axle was prepared.The effects of the main film-forming materials,the anti-rust pigments,the rheological additives and the defoamer on the properties and coatability of coatings were studied.The results showed that the waterborne 2K epoxy primer-topcoat integrated coating has the best performance when the epoxy emulsion AQUAER-3015 was mixed with 3EE102W at a mass ratio of 3∶1,the curing agent AQUAEPO-3126 with high hardness and good water resistance was selected,the mol ratio of epoxy equivalent and active hydrogen equivalent was 1∶0.8.the anti-rust pigments GA-4 and WJ1711 were mixed with APW-Ⅱ,and the rheological additives DeuRheo WT-102,HM-30S,Bentone LT and SCM-198 were mixed at a mass ratio of 3∶3∶3∶5,and the defoamers HOS 401W,HOS 420 and HOS 402W were selected at a mass ratio of 1∶2∶3.The prepared primer-topcoat can be applied as the field construction process required.
