摘要

采用二聚酸、四乙烯五胺对自制的2-氨基乙基十七烯基咪唑啉接枝改性,制备了MBT咪唑啉;向制备的MBT咪唑啉中加入一定质量的改性脂肪胺、DMP-30及苯甲醇,制备了一款固化速率快且低温固化性能优异的MBT咪唑啉固化剂;MBT咪唑啉固化剂与中海油常州环保涂料有限公司生产的MC-STE-2改性环氧漆A组份配套,涂层表干时间、实干时间满足测试标准,且在Sa2.5表面、潮湿表面及ST2表面均表现出良好的附着力及防腐性能.

Abstract

MBT imidazoline is prepared by grafting modification of self-made 2-aminoethyl heptadecenyl imidazoline with dimeric acid and tetraethylenepentamine.The MBT imidazoline curing agent with fast curing rate and excellent low-temperature curing performance is prepared by adding a certain amount of modified fatty amine,DMP-30 and benzyl alcohol.The MBT imidazoline curing agent is matched with the MC-STE-2 modified epoxy paint A component produced by CNOOC Changzhou Environmental Protection Coatings Co.,Ltd.The dust-free time and hard dry time meet the testing standards,and exhibits good adhesion and anticorrosive performance on Sa2.5 surface,wet surface and ST2 surface respectively.
