主要介绍了国内某商用车车架电泳线项目中前处理、电泳设备和烘干设备的调试,重点分析了车架电泳线设备调试过程中出现的具有代表性的问题,如电泳漆流挂、水渍、烘房热气外溢等,并提出了相应的解决措施.本研究旨在为同行业人员提供技术参考和经验指导,以优化车架电泳线设备的性能和效率.

Abstract

This article mainly introduces the commissioning of the pre-treatment,electrophoretic equipment and drying equipment in a domestic commercial vehicle chassis electrophoretic line.It also focuses on analyzing representative problems encountered during the commissioning process of the chassis electrophoretic line equipment,such as paint sagging,water stains on the coating surface and excessive hot air in the drying room.Corresponding solutions are proposed.The purpose of this article is to provide reference and guidance for related professionals in the industry,which is helpful for optimizing the performance and efficiency of the chassis electrophoretic line equipment.
