摘要

综述了目前国内在铝合金无铬化学转化方面的研究现状,主要介绍了无机盐(锆、钛、钒和稀土盐)化学转化、有机物化学转化、溶胶-凝胶法和涂层法制备的转化膜耐蚀性能;简要介绍了转化后封闭处理的重要性及有效工艺.总结了现有研究存在的问题,并对铝合金无铬化学转化未来的研究工作作了分析归纳.

Abstract

The research status of chromium-free chemical conversion of aluminum alloys in China was reviewed.The corrosion resistance of conversion coating prepared by inorganic salt(e.g.,zirconium,titanium,vanadium and rare earth salt)chemical conversion,organic acid,organic silane conversion and organic-inorganic composite conversion,as well as sol gel method and coating method were mainly introduced.The importance and effective process of post conversion and sealing treatment were briefly introduced.Finally,the existing research problems were summarized and the future research work on chromium-free chemical conversion of aluminum alloys was analyzed.
