摘要
针对当下特殊基材的使用场景及性能要求,通过对环氧树脂和固化体系的改性复配,对填料及助剂的选择,探究适用于特殊基材用的绝缘粉末涂料.最终研制出解决特殊基材附着力、高低温冲击等问题,同时兼具绝缘、耐温、阻燃等性能的特殊基材用绝缘粉末涂料.
Abstract
According to the application environment and performance requirements of special substrates,this study explores insulation powder coatings suitable for special substrates by modifying and compounding epoxy resin and curing system,selecting fillers and additives.Finally,an insulating powder coating for special substrates was developed to solve the problems such as adhesion to special substrates,high/low temperature impact.Meanwhile,the powder coating shows good insulation,temperature resistance,flame retardancy,and other properties.
