摘要
目前,消费市场对车灯在点亮状态下的视觉效果格外重视.通过对透明装饰件进行局部遮光,来实现特定的点亮效果,成为车灯行业发展的主流.本研究提出了一种在透明装饰件表面镀金属膜的方法,成功实现了对装饰件的局部遮光,并详细地说明了相关工艺流程及参数.
Abstract
At present,the consumer market pays more attention to the visual effect of car lights in the lit state.By partially shading the transparent decorative pieces,a specific lighting effect is achieved,which has become the mainstream of the development in the car lamp industry.This study proposes a method of plating metal film on the surface of transparent decorative pieces,which successfully achieves local shading of decorative pieces,and describes the relevant technological process and parameters in detail.
