摘要
本研究旨在分析阿美项目中熔结环氧(Fusion Bond Epoxy,FBE)粉末涂层的质量控制方法.首先通过对比阿美项目FBE内涂标准与国内标准,分析了 FBE涂层质量控制的重要性和现有问题.接着以阿美项目为例,分析了 FBE内涂工艺施工难点及质量控制要点.最后总结了该质量标准的优势和局限性,对国内外FBE内涂质量把控起到了重要的借鉴意义.
Abstract
This paper aims to analyze the quality control methods of fusion bond epoxy(FBE)coatings in the Aramco project.Firstly,by comparing the FBE internal coating standards of the Aramco project with relevant domestic standards,the importance and existing problems of FBE coating quality control are analyzed.Taking the Aramco project as an example,the construction difficulties and quality control points of FBE internal coating technology are analyzed.Finally,the advantages and limitations of the quality standard are summarized,and this work provides important reference significance for controlling the quality of FBE internal coatings domestically and internationally.
