The painting process of bus bodies frequently encounters orange peel problems,re-sulting in a decrease in overall appearance quality.In response to the orange peel problem in the body paint coating process of bus manufacturing,the authors proceed from the mechanism of or-ange peel formation,deeply analyze the reasons and influencing factors of orange peel formation,and proposes corresponding control methods based on the actual coating process status.
