Application and Prospect of Thermal Simulation Technology in Study of Steel Plate Coating and Protection
This article introduces the application and prospects of thermal simulation technology in the study of steel plate coating and protection.Firstly,the basic principles and methods of thermal simulation technology were explored,including temperature control,thermal cycle simulation,stress control and the process of specimen deformation under different gas atmospheres.Subsequently,the application of thermal simulation technology in studying the grain size,grain boundary characteristics,phase composition and phase transformation behavior,interface reactions,defects and cracks,and coating performance of steel plate coatings was analyzed.Furthermore,the advantages and integration methods of thermal simulation technology with other research methods were compared,including traditional experimental methods,numerical simulation and material characterization techniques.Finally,the limitations and prospects of thermal simulation technology in the study of steel plate coatings were discussed,and the potential applications of thermal simulation technology in the study of other new materials were explored.
