摘要

缓蚀剂为石油、石化、电力等行业减轻或避免金属腐蚀带来的损失发挥了重要作用.随着环保意识的不断增强和社会可持续发展的要求,缓蚀剂在研发、生产、使用过程中也逐步向绿色、低碳转型,在追求更高的缓蚀效率的同时,对其安全性和环保性也提出了更高的要求.本研究结合国内外缓蚀剂的研究与应用情况,从天然原料的提取、低毒的同系物或衍生物合成、副产品的利用以及碳基纳米等新型材料的开发等方面,对绿色环保型缓蚀剂的研究开发途径进行了总结.

Abstract

Corrosion inhibitors have played an important role in reducing or avoiding losses caused by metal corrosion in industries such as petroleum,petrochemical,and power.With the continuous enhancement of environmental awareness and the need for sustainable social development,corrosion inhibitors are gradually transitioning towards green and low-carbon development in their research and development,production,and use.While pursuing higher corrosion inhibition efficiency,higher requirements are also put forward for their safety and environmental protection.This article summarizes the research and application of green and environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitors,including the extraction of natural raw materials,synthesis of low toxic homologs or derivatives,utilization of by-products,and development of new materials such as carbon based nanomaterials.
