Development of Primer-Topcoat Integrated Coatings for Household Appliance Board
The preparation, the advantages and disadvantages of the primer-topcoat integrated coatings for household appliance board are described. The factors affecting the physical-mechanical and corrosion resistance properties, such as the binder,cross-linker,anti-rust filler and acid catalyst, are discussed. The results show that the amino ratio and the amount of acid catalyst have more influence on the physical properties of the coatings. The comprehensive properties of the primer-topcoat integrated coatings are excellent and can meet the actual usage requirements of customers when the binder is polyester with its Tg 19℃,relative molecular weight 8 000 and hydroxyl value from 18 to 24,meanwhile,Cymel-303 is used as curing agent and DNNSA is used as acid catalyst, and the calcium ion exchange type silica CS311 is used as anti-rust pigment.
