摘要

某海上油田井下P110双公短节发生断裂失效,对断口和焊缝等部位进行宏观与微观实验测试分析,根据断口形貌和金相分析结果,判断双公短节内壁断裂是韧性断裂失效并且焊接产生了有害组织,进一步判断失效原因为蠕变断裂,最后提出相关建议.

Abstract

In an offshore oilfield,the fracture failure occurred in P110 double male subjoint,and the macro and micro experimental analysis was carried out on the fracture and weld,etc.The fracture morphology and metallographic analysis results revealed that the inner wall fracture of the double male subjoint was judged to be ductile fracture failure and harmful microstructure was generated by welding.The failure cause was further judged to be creep fracture and finally relevant suggestions were put forward.
