摘要
随着工业自动化喷涂系统技术的应用,双组分聚氨酯涂料常常需要考虑适用期与固化时间之间的平衡.本研究探讨了酮类、酸类抑制剂对有机锡类催化剂反应活性的影响,有效延长了双组分聚氨酯涂料的适用期,在进行3h的固化反应后仍可稳定在初始黏度且制备的涂层性能完好.可对自动化喷涂工艺提供一定的指导,并且能够提供安全、高效的作业环境应用于实际生产.
Abstract
With the application of industrial automatic spraying system technology,it is necessary for 2K polyurethane coatings to consider the balance between the activating period and curing time.In this article,the effects of ketone and acid inhibitors on the reactivity of the organotin catalysts are investigated.It is revealed that the activating period of the 2K polyurethane coatings is effectively prolonged.Specifically the viscosity of coatings after curing reaction for 3 hours can be stablized at its initial state and the coating properties are not affected negatively.It can provide a guide for automatic spraying process,meanwhile can provide a safe and efficient working environment for practical production.
