摘要

汽车PVC涂胶作为整车防水密封的关键工序,直接影响到整车的功能使用.而由涂胶缺陷所造成的车内渗水和车辆锈蚀,会引起客户极大抱怨甚至退车.本研究通过详解PVC涂胶过程中的常见缺陷及行之有效的控制措施,以对铝合金车身用PVC涂胶工艺作重点探讨.

Abstract

As a key process,the sealing process is important for water resistance of car body,which affects the application perfromance.If the sealing operation cause the problems of water permeability and corrosion of car body,the quality of car is affected seriously.In this article,the typical defects caused by sealing operation and controling measures are described.The sealing process for aluminum alloy car body is discussed in particular.
