摘要
对应用于航空、航天铝合金化学铣切特种加工工艺的激光烧蚀刻型线临时密封剂材料的制备、性能以及在化学铣切加工中的应用进行了研究,通过实验确定了适宜的线密封剂材料配比,对制备的线密封剂材料耐化学腐蚀、物理力学性能、化铣工艺性能进行了测试.
Abstract
The preparation and properties of laser ablation profile temporary sealant materials used in the special processing technology of chemical milling of aviation and aerospace aluminum alloys and their application in chemical milling processing were investigated,and the appropriate ratio of wire sealant materials was determined through experiments,and the chemical corrosion resistance,physical and mechanical properties and chemical milling process properties of the prepared wire sealant materials were tested.
