高耐水性环保型聚氨酯树脂的合成与应用研究

为解决水性聚氨酯耐水性能差的问题,研制了一种高耐水性的环保型聚氨酯.研究了环氧树脂、异氰酸酯、小分子扩链剂、亲水单体及水性异氰酸酯固化剂类型对水性聚氨酯性能的影响.结果表明,选择环氧树脂(E51)作为改性剂、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)为异氰酸酯单体、1,6-己二醇(HDO)为扩链剂、二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)为亲水单体、水性异氰酸酯固化剂(XP2655)为固化剂,获得的水性聚氨酯涂层展现出最佳的性能.通过各项性能测试发现,合成的水性聚氨酯具有低VOC含量、优异的耐水性及其他物理机械性能.
Research on Synthesis and Application of Environmentally Friendly Polyurethane Resin with High Water Resistance
To solve the problem of poor water resistance of waterborne polyurethane,an environmentally friendly polyurethane with high water resistance has been developed.The effects of epoxy resin,isocyanate,small molecule chain extender,hydrophilic monomer and waterborne isocyanate curing agent types on the properties of waterborne polyurethane were studied.The results showed that the waterborne polyurethane coating film prepared by selecting epoxy resin(E51)as the modifier,dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate(HMDI)as the isocyanate,1,6-hexanediol(HDO)as the chain extender,dimethylolbutanoic acid(DMBA)as the hydrophilic monomer and waterborne isocyanate curing agent(XP2655)as the curing agent had the best performance.Through various performance tests,it was found that the synthesized waterborne polyurethane had low VOC content,excellent water resistance and other physical and mechanical properties.
