长适用期羟基丙烯酸分散体在双组分水性聚氨酯涂料中的应用研究

分别制备了不含十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和含十三醇聚氧乙烯醚的羟基丙烯酸分散体,研究讨论了十三醇聚氧乙烯醚的含量对羟基丙烯酸分散体的外观、黏度、贮存稳定性和粒径的影响,结果发现十三醇聚氧乙烯醚的加入会减小羟基丙烯酸分散体的粒径,使黏度增大.通过测试双组分自干白漆的黏度和漆膜光泽的变化考察适用期,确定当羟基丙烯酸分散体中的十三醇聚氧乙烯醚的含量在1%~1.5%时,制备的双组分水性聚氨酯涂料适用期长,漆膜的综合性能最佳.
Application of Waterborne 2K Polyurethane Coatings Based on Hydroxyl Acrylic Dispersion with Long Pot Life
Waterborne hydroxyl acrylic dispersions with and without tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether were prepared separately,and the effects of the tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether on the appearance,viscosity,storage stability and particle size were investigated.The results indicate that the particle size of the waterborne hydroxyl acrylic dispersion will be reduced and the viscosity will be increased with the addition of tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether.The pot life was investigated by the change of the viscosity of the paint and the film gloss.The waterborne 2K polyurethane coatings with long pot life and good comprehensive performance can be obtained by the waterborne hydroxyl acrylic dispersion with a content of 1%-1.5%tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether.
