水性防涂鸦墙面漆的制备与性能研究

摘要
分析了内墙涂料的优缺点,以水性聚氨酯为成膜物,添加耐污助剂制备了水性防涂鸦面漆,当NCO/OH比例为1.5,消光粉添加量3％,使用羟基聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷为防污助剂时,水性防涂鸦墙面漆的综合性能最佳.
Abstract
The advantages and disadvantages of interior wall coatings were analyzed.A waterborne anti-graffiti topcoat was prepared using waterborne polyurethane as the film-forming material and anti-fouling additives.When the NCO/OH mol ratio was 1.5,the amount of extinction powder was 3％and the hydroxyl polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane was used as the anti-fouling additive,the comprehensive performance of waterborne anti-graffiti wall topcoat was optimal.
