摘要

从水性浅色系面漆涂膜黄相稳定性测试方法的定义、黄相变化机理、试验仪器、试验方法和试验结果讨论等方面进行研究,重点通过生产工艺、涂装材料、烘烤条件及不同涂料间差异等方面对试验验证结果进行分析和探讨,为了解汽车车身水性浅色系面漆涂膜黄相稳定性提供参考.

Abstract

In this paper,the definition of the test method,the mechanism of yellow phase change,the test instruments,the test methods and the discussion of the test results of the waterborne light color topcoat are studied.In particular the experimental results were analyzed in the aspects of production process,coating materials,baking conditions and color differences.It provides a reference for understanding the yellow phase stability of light color waterborne topcoat for car body.
