The adhesion of coatings on products or substrates is an important parameter for coating quality control,which has a great impact on ensuring coating quality,product appearance and service life.It is extremely important to choose suitable and scientific testing methods to evaluate the adhesion strength of coatings.This article mainly introduces four coating adhesion testing methods,key points and cautions:cross-cut method,X-cut method,circle-drawing method and pull-off method,providing theoretical guidance for testers to choose the correct testing method.
