紫外分光光度计在异氰酸酯聚合反应监测中的应用

为了提高异氰酸酯聚合物合成过程中的监测时效性,解决传统方法的延时性问题,本文将利用单体二异氰酸酯的特殊紫外可见光吸收光谱,采用紫外分光光度计对异氰酸酯聚合物的反应过程进行监测,试验结果表明,该监测方法具有操作简便、监测速度快且精度高,能够及时反映出异氰酸酯聚合物的反应过程.
Application of Ultraviolet Spectrophotometer in Monitoring of Isocyanate Polymerization Reaction
In order to improve the timeliness of monitoring during the synthesis process of isocy-anate polymer and solve the delay problem of the traditional methods.In this article,the reaction process of isocyanate polymer is monitored by using the special UV visible light absorption spec-trum of monomer diisocyanate.The test results show that the monitoring method has simple opera-tion,fast monitoring speed and high accuracy,and can reflect the reaction process of isocyanate polymer in time.
