摘要

以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,丙烯酸为基础共聚单体,再添加由蓖麻油酸为原料制备的不同比例的生物基单体,以溶液聚合的方式制备生物基水性丙烯酸二级分散体.对制备的生物基聚丙烯酸树脂进行了各类表征,研究了聚合过程中生物基单体比例对水性二级分散体性能的影响,结果表明,在其他单体和助剂比例不变的情况下,生物基单体的比例为5%时效果最好.

Abstract

A second-order water-based acrylic dispersion is prepared by solution polymerization using methyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate,hydroxyethyl methacrylate and acrylate as basic copolymer monomers in addition to the bio-based monomers derived from castor oil at different mass ratio.The prepared bio-based polyacrylic resin was characterized,and the influence of the proportion of bio-based monomer on the performance of waterborne secondary dispersion during the polymerization process is studied.The results show that the best effect is achieved when the proportion of bio-based monomer is 5%while the proportions of other monomers and additives are unchanged.
