采用X荧光定性全扫描(XRF)研究了铝件碱洗、酸洗和钝化后的表面元素变化和锆沉积量变化.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析铝件在碱洗前后、酸洗时间的变化以及钝化后的表面形貌变化.实验结果表明,铝件在处理过程中碱洗工艺可以清洗掉表面的污泥和成型过程中水溶性不好的抛光膏等影响性能的成分,但碱洗过程会使铝件表面形成疏松结构,导致涂装后性能的下降;在酸洗过程中对铝件表面进行调整,改善碱洗带来的危害,使表面平整,钝化均匀成膜,但要控制酸洗时间在2~4 min,少于2 min会影响表面的平整,多于5 min会使钝化膜富集并爆裂,影响附着力和耐蚀性.
Research on Effect of Aluminum Pickling on Microstructure,Surface Zirconium Deposition and Scratching
The changes in surface elements and zirconium deposition of aluminum parts after alkaline washing,acid washing and passivation were studied using X-ray fluorescence qualitative full scan(XRF).Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to analyze the changes in surface morphology of aluminum parts before and after alkaline washing,acid washing time variation and passivation.The experimental results show that the alkaline washing process can clean the surface sludge and poorly water-soluble polishing paste that affect the performance components of aluminum parts during the treatment process.However,the alkaline washing process can cause the surface of aluminum parts to form a loose structure,leading to a decrease in performance after coating.During the acid washing process,the surface of aluminum parts is adjusted to improve the harm caused by alkaline washing,making the surface flat and passivating uniformly and forming a film.However,the acid washing time should be controlled within 2-4 minutes.Less than 2 minutes will affect the surface flatness while more than 5 minutes will cause the passivation film to accumulate and burst,affecting adhesion and corrosion resistance.
