通过对比不同碳黑、聚酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、填料、流平剂、颜料分散剂及挤出工艺对无光仿肌肤粉末涂料涂层表面状况、黑度的影响;采用调整配方和工艺,改善碳黑在粉末涂料中的分散性,从而得到4%~8%光泽范围内黑度最高的涂层.
Study on Improvement of Dispersion and Blackness of Carbon Black in Skin-Imitating Powder Coatings
The effects of different carbon black,polyester resin,acrylic resin,filler,leveling agent,pigment dispersant and extrusion process on the surface condition and blackness of matt skin-imitating powder coatings are compared.By adjusting the formula and process,the dispersion of carbon black in powder coating is improved,and the blackest coating in the gloss range of 4%-8%is obtained.
