主要阐述了 MXenes的含义、发展历程以及制备方法.MXenes作为一种二维纳米材料能够赋予涂料优异的机械性能,它本身优异的导电性以及分散性还可以赋予涂料优异的导电性从而制备出具有特殊功能的导电涂料.MXenes的加入可以显著提高涂料在高温下的耐火能力、降低有毒气体的扩散,甚至还可以通过产生不可燃气体阻碍涂料的进一步燃烧,因此MXenes还可以赋予涂料优异的阻燃性从而制备出阻燃涂料;此外,MXenes还可以通过对雷达固定波段的吸收制备出在军事上具有重大意义的隐身涂料.最后对MXenes在未来涂料领域的发展做了总结与展望.
Research Progress in Application of Mxenes in Coatings
This paper mainly introduces the following aspects of MXenes:the meaning of MXenes,the development history and preparation methods;As a two-dimensional nanomateria,MXenes can impart excellent mechanical properties to coatings.Its excellent electrical conductivity and dispersion can also give the coating excellent electrical conductivity to prepare conductive coatings with special functions.The addition of MXenes can significantly improve the fire resistance of the coating at high temperature,reduce the diffusion of toxic gases,and even hinder the further combustion of the coating by producing non-flammable gases,so MXenes can also give the coating excellent flame retardant property to prepare flame retardant coatings.In addition,MXenes can prepare stealth coatings of great military significance through the absorption of radar fixed bands.Finally,the future development of MXenes in the field of coatings is summarized and prospected.
