摘要

大型风力发电机叶片主要由环氧复合材料制成,并采用高性能涂料涂装,涂层质量的好坏决定了叶片的使用寿命.由于更具经济性和环保性,在风力发电机叶片的涂装中采用辊涂施工的越来越多.本研究阐述了辊涂施工中的常用工具、工艺,以及影响辊涂施工外观质量的因素.

Abstract

The blades of large-scale wind turbines are mainly made of epoxy composite materi-als and coated with high performance coatings.The quality of the coatings determines the service life of the blades.Due to its greater economy and environmental friendliness,roller coating is in-creasingly used in the coating of wind power blades.This article briefly introduces the typically used tools and processes in roller coating construction,as well as the factors that affect the appear-ance quality of roller coating construction.
