摘要

针对涂装车身前盖铰链弹簧电泳后出现电泳漆堆积,漆膜不良的问题,通过对CKD原件、前处理、电泳、烘干等全过程分析与实验,确定形成缺陷的重要因素,从而预防和控制缺陷的产生频次,提升生产效率,消除产品质量风险点和用户抱怨.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of film accumulation after electrophoresis on the surface of hinge spring of the vehicle front cover,this paper analyzes the CKD original part,pretreatment,electrophoresis,drying process,and finally determines the key factors resulted in film defects.Thus the occurance frequency of film defect can be controled which is useful for productivity im-provement,quality risk elimination and customer complaint.
