摘要

通过对海上某油田气举井及注气油管井腐蚀实验评价,摸清了注气井和气举井腐蚀情况,制定出适用于气举井及注气井复杂工况下的腐蚀防护措施.结果表明:镀Ni-W合金挂片腐蚀速率远低于3Cr和13Cr材质,可以选用13Cr材质管材和镀Ni-W合金材质管材作为气举井和注气井井下管柱内防腐方案.

Abstract

By evaluating the corrosion experiments of gas lift wells and gas injection wells in an oilfield offshore,the corrosion situation of gas injection wells and gas lift wells is clarified,and corrosion protection measures applicable to gas lift wells and gas injection wells under complex working conditions are formulated.The results show that the corrosion rate of Ni-W alloy plated pendant is much lower than that of 3Cr and 13Cr materials,and 13Cr tubing and Ni-W alloy plated tubing can be selected as the internal corrosion protection program for the downhole tubing column of gas lift wells and gas injection wells.
