摘要

磷化膜作为关键的第一道涂层,其状态影响着漆面的品质,好的磷化膜提供了良好的耐久性以及美观度,并能防止腐蚀并增强电泳漆膜附着力.本研究主要阐述了涂装车间前处理车身磷化膜产生的外观缺陷,以及通过工艺参数的逐项调整及验证,分析磷化膜颜色不均匀、发锈的产生原因,最终调整工艺参数,通过多个工序协同作用,改善磷化膜外观,提高汽车涂装质量.

Abstract

It is important for phosphorized film to act as the first coating.It affects the quality of the coating system.A good phosphorized film provides good durability,aesthetics,anticorrosion and adhesion.In this article,the appearance defects of phosphorized film are described.The rea-sons leading to the uneven color and rust of the phosphorized film are analyzed by means of pro-cess parameters adjustment and modification.The film floating and rusting defects of the phospho-rized film are eliminated and the film quality is improved.
