轨道交通用水性聚氨酯底色漆的制备及性能研究

针对现有轨道交通用水性聚氨酯底色漆加清漆复合涂层配套性不良、无泡膜厚偏低的问题,本研究以水性羟基丙烯酸分散体为成膜树脂,以HDI为固化剂,配以相关助剂等,研制了一种水性聚氨酯底色漆,并研究了丙烯酸酯、固化剂、润湿剂、抗流挂剂等组分对底色漆性能的影响.结果表明,该底色漆与聚氨酯清漆配套性好,复合涂层外观优异,其无泡膜厚可达150 μm,具有良好的施工性能,满足Q/CR 546.1-2022标准要求.
Preparation and Property of Waterborne PU Basecoat for Rail Transit Vehicle
A waterborne PU basecoat has been prepared by using the waterborne hydroxyl acrylic dispersion as film-forming resin,HDI as curing agent and other additives.The effects of different acrylate,curing agent,wetting agent,anti-sagging agent on the properties of basecoat are investigated.The results show that the prepared basecoat has good compatibility with PU varnish.In addition,the composite coating system has good appearance and coatability with its film thickness up to 150μm,which can meet the requirements of Q/CR 546.1-2022.
