探讨了羟基丙烯酸树脂、聚酯多元醇树脂、树脂配比及P/B对面漆基本物理性能和耐候性的影响,并制备了一种适用于南海环境的高耐候的高固体分丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆.研究表明,以聚酯多元醇树脂B2作为改性树脂替换20%的羟基丙烯酸树脂A1作为基料体系,P/B控制在6/4时,漆膜具有优异的耐候性及机械性能,可满足多种施工方式的需求.
Development of High Solid Acrylic Polyurethane Topcoat for South China Sea Environment
The effects of hydroxyl acrylic resins,polyester polyol resins,resin ratio,and P/B on the basic physical properties and weather resistance of the topcoat are explored,and a high solid acrylic polyurethane topcoat with high weather resistance suitable for the South China Sea environment is prepared.The research shows that the paint film has excellent weather resistance and mechanical properties when polyester polyol resin B2 is used as a modified resin to replace 20%hydroxyl acrylic resin A1 as the base material system,and P/B is controlled at 6/4,and the topcoat can meet the needs of various construction methods.
