Optimization of Coating Process for Aluminum Alloy Radiators Used in Power Transformers
In order to improve the qualified rate of aluminum alloy chip radiator coating process and reduce the occurrence rate of coating film defects, the reliability of the droplet weighing and measuring system is first analyzed according to the Minitab mathematical software by introducing the DMAIC process improvement methods and tools in the six sigma theory. Then,by DOE experiments, the key factors affecting the film coverage are determined. Finally, based on the DOE experimental results, through the implementation of key process parameter optimization and quality management measures, the coating quality was effectively improved and the material loss was reduced.Through this process, the application of lean six sigma not only organically combines the solution of film defects and fluctuations with the improvement of production efficiency, but also has certain reference value for the establishment of theoretical model of film thickness in the coating process of aluminum alloy radiators in the future.
