Influence of Manganese Based Phosphating Process Parameters on Crystal Size and Coverage Rate of Components
The scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to study the effect of surface modifier concentration, phosphating temperature, acid ratio,Fe2+concentration and Ni2+concentration on the surface crystal coverage and crystal structure size of the manganese based phosphating process in component processing. The experimental results indicate that the increase of the surface modifier concentration is resulted in decrease of the crystal size. The increase of the processing temperature can enable the crystallization to transform from incomplete to coarse in size. The increase of acid ratio is helpful for the formation of crystal nucleus from nuiform to thinner phosphating film. The introduction of Fe2+and Ni2+also has a certain impact on the crystal size, providing reference for the control of process parameters in manganese based phosphating treatment.
