摘要

使用纸箱作为漆雾分离介质的干式喷房是一种低碳绿色的涂装技术,目前已经在国内汽车厂大规模使用.本研究主要描述了目前市面上存在的几种大型漆雾分离纸箱技术路线,以及新结构形式的大型漆雾分离纸箱的开发过程和应用情况,以及纸箱更换策略的研究和改善效果.

Abstract

The dry spray booth using cardboard as the oversprayed coatings separation module is an environmental friendly coating technology.It has been widely used in domestic automotive factories.This article primarily describes the various technical approaches to large-scale cardboard for oversprayed coatings separation module currently available on the market,the development process and application status of the new structural forms of large-scale cardboard for oversprayed coatings separation module.In addition,the improvement effects and replacement strategies of the large-scale cardboard are investigated.
