摘要

采用开环环氧树脂、有机硅中间体改性丙烯酸树脂,合成了水性有机硅环氧-丙烯酸树脂,并制备了混凝土搅拌车用水性防污耐磨防腐面漆,测试了其各项性能;探讨了硬软单体、有机硅中间体和开环环氧树脂在合成聚合物树脂中比例对漆膜性能的影响;探讨了漆膜性能最佳时,两种水可分散型异氰酸酯固化剂HDI和IPDI复配最佳比例.

Abstract

A waterborne antifouling,wearable and anticorrosive topcoat for concrete mixer truck is prepared by using a waterborne silicone epoxy acrylic resin which is synthesized from ring-opening epoxy and slicone modified acrylic resin.The effects of hard and soft monomer mass ratio,silicone and epoxy ratio on film properties are investigated.In addition,the optimal ratio of aqueous dispersible isocyanate curing agents HDI and IPDI is discussed so as to obtain the optimal film properties.
