TGIC体系高流平耐贮存粉末涂料的制备研究

为解决TGIC体系粉末涂料流平性能和耐贮存性能难以兼顾的问题,研究了聚酯树脂酸值、流平剂种类、粉末粒径及分布对粉末涂料性能的影响规律,采用胶化仪、流变仪分析了粉末涂料固化行为和流变行为.结果表明,以酸值26~30 mgKOH/g的聚酯树脂B、流平剂F、粉末粒径30 μm、窄粒径分布得到的粉末涂料能够兼顾高流平和贮存稳定性.本研究制备的高流平耐贮存粉末涂料相较常规粉末涂料熔融黏度更低、表观活化能更高,同时耐候性能更优.
Preparation and Properties of Powder Coatings with High Leveling and Storage Stability Based on TGIC
To balance the leveling performance and storage stability of TGIC system powder coatings,this paper studied the influence of polyester resin acid value,leveling agent type,powder particle size and distribution on the properties of powder coatings.The curing behavior and rheological behavior of powder coatings were analyzed using a gelatinizer and rheometer.The results indicate that the powder coating obtained with polyester resin B with an acid value of 26-30 mgKOH/g,leveling agent F,powder particle size of 30 pm,and narrow particle size distribution can achieve both high leveling and storage stability.The high leveling and storage resistant powder coating prepared in this article has lower melt viscosity,higher apparent activation energy,and better weather resistance compared to conventional powder coatings
