无机硅酸盐涂料展色性及色彩稳定性的影响因素

建筑用液态无机硅酸盐涂料在使用过程中由于使用场景的多样化,会强调色彩的丰富性及颜色的保色性,本研究通过对无机硅酸盐涂料的展色表现及色彩稳定性表现进行分析,探究影响无机涂料展色表现及色彩稳定性表现的影响因素,如硅酸盐种类、色浆种类、润湿剂种类等,并最终探讨如何能提升涂层的展色性及颜色稳定性.指出选用无机类色浆、硅溶胶或硅酸钾复配硅溶胶的硅酸盐体系,且采用铵盐嵌段共聚物分散剂、脂肪酸衍生物分散剂、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚分散润湿剂等分散润湿体系有助于无机硅酸盐涂料展色性及色彩稳定性的提升.
Analysis on Influencing Factors of Color Development and Dolor Stability of Inorganic Silicate Coatings
Due to the diversity of application sectors,liquid inorganic silicate coatings for construction emphasize the color richness and retention.This article analyzes the color development and stability of inorganic silicate coatings,explores the influencing factors such as silicate type,colorant type and wetting agent type,etc.,and ultimately explores how to improve the color development and stability of coatings.It is revealed that the use of inorganic colorants,silicate systems composed of silica sol or potassium silicate complex silica sol,ammonium salt block copolymer dispersants,fatty acid derivative dispersants,isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether dispersing wetting agents and other dispersing wetting systems can help improving the color rendering and stability of inorganic silicate coatings.
