Application and Selection of Conveying Ways in the Drying Process of Automotive Painting
The selection of conveying ways under different production scales in the drying process of automotive painting is discussed.The prevalent use of chain roller beds and floor chains in small-scale batch production is summarized.The preferential and more efficient conveying systems such as drying dual chain conveyor,inverted monorail conveyor,roller conveyor and forging push-rod chains in large-scale continuous production are described.By comparing these conveying methods,this article clarifies critical factors that should be considered during the design and selection phase,offering recommendations for the optimization and rational selection of conveying systems in automotive paint drying.
