As a special sector in the container industry,tank containers have high requirements for their service life(generally not less than 15 years)and corrosion resistance due to the unique working environment(marine and chemical areas)and the loading of goods(chemicals).Therefore,when using powder coating technology,it is often accompanied by silane/zirconium pre-treatment process to meet design requirements and customer needs.With the continuous development of industries such as construction machinery,equipment transportation and heavy industry,the application and development of chemical pretreatment processes have become mature and are moving towards intelligence and automation.As a product that has entered the chemical pretreatment sequence for the first time,tank containers still have many areas for reference and inspiration from peers in terms of process design and layout,in order to continuously improve and enhance the overall process level and industry standards of the container industry.
