炼化企业涂层维护表面处理技术及应用场景研究

随着国家高质量发展和提质增效的提出,炼化企业对于防腐涂层质量提出了更高的要求.在涂层维护过程中,表面处理效果直接影响着最终的涂层质量.基于炼化企业涂层维修环节的不同表面处理方式的特点,结合判定合格标准,明确了手动工具、动力工具、超高压水喷射及湿喷砂等不同表面处理方式的技术参数要求和适用场合及范围.针对超高压水喷射和湿喷砂等先进表面处理技术实施过程中的闪锈问题,明确了防锈剂的性能检测要求、用量和现场实施方式等.通过提出炼化企业涂层维护环节表面处理的系统解决方案,提出与安全运行要求相适应的表面处理方式,为企业提供借鉴和参考.
Research on Surface Treatment Technology and Application Scenarios for Coating Maintenance in Refining and Chemical Enterprises
With the proposal of high-quality development and efficiency improvement in China,the refining enterprises have put forward higher requirements for the quality of anticorrosive coatings.During the coating maintenance process,the final quality of coating is affected seriously by the surface treatment.Based on the characteristics of different surface treatment methods in the coating maintenance process of refining and chemical enterprises,the technical parameter requirements,applicable scenarios and the scope of different surface treatment methods such as manual tools,power tools,ultra-high pressure water spraying and wet sandblasting have been clarified.Regarding the issue of flash rust during the implementation of advanced surface treatment technologies such as ultra-high pressure water jet and wet sandblasting,the performance testing requirements,dosage,and on-site implementation methods of rust inhibitors have been clarified.By proposing a systematic solution for surface treatment in the coating maintenance process of refining enterprises,a surface treatment method suitable for safe operation requirements is proposed,providing reference and guidance for enterprises.
