摘要

在拖拉机整机性能的关键考核指标中,提升系统不但需要考核提升能力的大小,还需验证其可靠性是否达到标准要求,从而高效的完成挂接农具后的田间相关作业工作.拖拉机整机提升性能可靠性试验台采用液压加载原理,可通过连续高精度加载,为拖拉机提升系统的可靠性提供自动化验证手段.

Abstract

In the key evaluation index of the performance of the tractor,the lifting system not only needs to assess the numerical value of the ability to improve,but also needs to verify whether its reliability meets the standard requirements,so as to efficiently complete the related work in the field after connecting the farm tools.The hydraulic loading principle is adopted in the reliability test bench for tractor lifting system,which can provide automatic verification means for the reliability of tractor lifting system through continuous high-precision loading.
