永磁同步电机电磁性能仿真及影响因素分析

为进一步探究永磁同步电机不同结构参数对电磁性能的影响,通过使用Maxwell软件设计永磁同步电机,深入分析了电机槽口宽度、气隙长度以及永磁体宽度等结构参数对永磁同步电机电磁性能的影响.仿真结果表明:增加槽口宽度,电机空载气隙磁通密度基波幅值呈增加的态势,空载反电动势基波幅值呈减小趋势,齿槽转矩增加较为明显;增加气隙长度,电机气隙磁通密度基波幅值呈逐步减小趋势,空载反电动势呈减小态势,但减小幅值不大,气隙长度在一定范围内使得齿槽转矩先增加后减小;永磁体宽度的增加使得气隙磁通密度幅值、电机空载反电动势基波幅值以及齿槽转矩均呈增大态势.通过对不同电机结构参数对电磁性能的影响分析,可为设计优化永磁同步电机提供指导意义.
Electromagnetic Performance Simulation and Influence Factors Analysis of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
In order to further explore the influence of different structural parameters on the electromagnetic performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor,Maxwell software was used to design a permanent magnet synchronous motor,and the influence of structural parameters such as the width of the motor slot,the length of the air gap and the width of permanent magnet on the electromagnetic performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor was analyzed.The simulation results show that with the increase of slot width,the base wave amplitude of no-load air gap flux density increases,the base wave amplitude of no-load back electromotive force decreases,and the groove torque increases obviously.With the increase of the air gap length,the base amplitude of the air gap flux density of the motor gradually decreases,and the no-load back electromotive force decreases,but the decrease value is not large.Within a certain range,the air gap length makes the groove torque increase first and then decrease.With the increase of the permanent magnet width,the amplitude of the air gap flux density,the base wave amplitude of the motor no-load back electromotive force and the tooth groove torque all increase.Through the analysis of the influence of different motor structure parameters on electromagnetic performance,it can provide guidance for the design and optimization of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
