一种新型前副车架的定位结构设计

一般前副车架设计有两个定位孔和两个过孔,整车装配时,前副车架先定位至工装上,后随工装一起与车身螺纹孔对齐,再将前副车架两个定位孔通过螺栓紧固至车身上,最后将前副车架两个过孔通过螺栓紧固至车身上,完成前副车架装配.这种前副车架与车身采用自定位结构,依靠螺栓的夹紧力将副车架固定至车身上.由于前副车架支撑着发动机、变速箱、悬架等组件,受载荷较大,整车急加速、急减速时,前副车架将产生滑移,导致异响.为解决这一问题,本文设计了一种新型的前副车架定位结构,并通过VSA仿真分析,给出了相关尺寸及公差,保证前副车架能正常装配.
Generally,the front sub-frame has two positioning holes and two through holes.During vehicle assembly,the front sub-frame is positioned on the tooling first,then aligned with the threaded holes of the body along with the tooling.Next,the two positioning holes of the front sub-frame are secured to the body through bolts,and finally,the two through holes of the front sub-frame are fastened to the body through bolts,completing the assembly of the front sub-frame.This type of front sub-frame and body adopt a self-positioning structure,which uses the clamping force of bolts to secure the sub-frame to the body.Since the front sub-frame supports components such as the engine,gearbox,suspension,etc.,it bears a large load.During sudden acceleration or deceleration of the vehicle,the front sub-frame will slide,causing noise.To solve this problem,this paper designs a new type of front sub-frame positioning structure and analyzes it through VSA simulation to provide relevant dimensions and tolerances to ensure that the sub-frame can be assembled normally.
