拖拉机驾驶室振动大问题研究及改进

文章运用频谱峰值保持数据处理方式,得到了拖拉机在原地状态下振动从振动源传递到驾驶室内部的峰值变化.经过分析发现驾驶室整体振动大的原因在于隔振未起到效果,及驾驶室前壁板与振动源存在直连.通过改进隔振软垫及前壁板直连问题有效降低了驾驶室整体振动,达到了预期效果.
Research and Improvement of Tractor Cab Big Vibration Problem
In this paper,the frequency spectrum peak-holding data processing method is used to obtain the peak change of the tractor vibration from the vibration source to the cab in the in-situ state.After analysis,it is found that the overall vibration of the cab is large because the vibration isolation is not effective,and The front wall panel of the cab is directly connected with the vibration source.By improving the vibration isolation cushion and the direct connection of the front wall panel,the overall vibration of the cab is effectively reduced,the expected effect is achieved.
