某非道路国四EGR路线柴油机的排放试验研究

为了应对国内非道路农机产品的发展趋势和市场需求,以某4缸非道路柴油机为研究对象,采用高压共轨+EGR+DOC+DPF的技术路线,进行非道路国四排放试验研究,通过增压器、喷油器和喷油器垫片等硬件匹配选型,并结合轨压、喷油正时和EGR阀开度的扫点优化,使柴油机通过非道路国四排放限值的同时达到最优的燃油经济性.
In order to follow the development trend and meet the market demand of domestic non-road agricultural machinery products,a 4-cylinder non-road diesel engine was selected as the research object in this paper.The high-pressure common rail+EGR+DOC+DPF technology was adopted,the China non-road stage Ⅳ emission test was carried out.By selecting and matching hardware such as turbochargers,fuel injectors,and injector gaskets,combined with optimization of rail pressure,injection timing,and EGR valve opening,to make the diesel engine achieve optimal fuel economy while passing through the China non-road stage Ⅳ emission limits.
