通过对大轮拖国四机型批量上线生产进行研究,着重解决影响国四上线生产涉及机器人喷涂、后处理吊装、重点扭矩控制、底盘打号、尿素加注等工艺瓶颈难点,通过合理规划装配布局,应用智能化工艺装备,保障国四机型批量生产.
Abstract
By conducting research on the mass production of the fourth model of the large wheel trailer,the focus is on solving the bottlenecks and difficulties involved in the production of the fourth model,including robot spraying,post-processing lifting,key torque control,chassis marking,and urea injection.By reasonably planning the assembly layout and applying intelligent process equipment,the fourth model can be guaranteed for mass production.
