汽车无钥匙进入系统故障诊断分析及维修策略探讨

随着汽车电子化与信息化的快速发展,汽车的智能化与安全性得到了进一步提高.当前,无钥匙进入系统在中高端车型得到普遍配置,使得汽车的操作更加便捷,防盗功能更加强大,已经成为车身域智能化升级的典型代表.但随着无钥匙进入系统的普及,传统汽车维修企业对于该系统相关故障排除仍存在技术局限.本文以迈腾B8L为例,详细梳理故障机理,利用故障树分析法剖析故障原因.根据调研,总结基本事件的发生概率对整个系统的影响,完成了定性定量分析,并结合实例介绍了故障诊断与排除策略.
With the rapid development of automotive electronics and information technology,automotive intelligence and safety have been further improved.The current situation of Passive entry system is commonly configured in middle and high-end models which makes the operation of the car more convenient and the anti-theft function more powerful and has become a typical representative of the intelligent upgrading of the body of automobile.However,with the popularization of the Passive entry system,the traditional automobile maintenance enterprises still have technical limitations in troubleshooting of the system.This article takes the Magotan B8L as an example to thoroughly sort out the fault mechanism,use fault tree analysis to deeply analyze the cause of the fault,summarize the impact of the probability of basic events on the entire system.Based on research,the effect of the current probability of basic events on the whole system is summarized,the qualitative and quantitative analysis is completed,and the strategy of fault diagnosis and removal is introduced with examples.
