Introduction and Optimization Design of Hydraulic System for Chassis Control of High horsepower Tractors
This article introduces the chassis control system of a high horsepower tractor and proposes a solution for the integrated design of the chassis hydraulic control system in response to the problems of high hydraulic system vibration,high noise,large pipeline pressure loss,and complex pipeline layout that occur during the use of the tractor.This scheme integrates multiple dispersed valve blocks into a valve group,optimizes pipeline design,and solves problems such as vibration and noise through field verification during installation.This provides a reliable approach and method for designing the hydraulic system of tractor chassis.
